2. Pre-register on Eduka
Submit your application on the Eduka digital portal, fill in your details* and choose your language pathway.
3. Admissions Committee
Admissions committees are organized at the end of each term:
- Friday 4 October 2024
- Friday 15 November 2024
- Friday 13 December 2024
Only applications duly completed on Eduka will be processed.
4. Confirmation of enrollment
Once the admissions committee has approved your child’s application, you will receive confirmation by email from our admissions department. The FSJ undertakes to send you the decision within two working days.
5. Payment of registration fees / DP
As soon as our admissions department receives notification that your child has been accepted, the finance department will send the invoice for the tuition fees to the identified payer (parents or company).
6. Admission
Once you have paid your enrollment fee, you will receive a payment receipt from our finance department together with notification of your child’s definitive admission for the start of the 2025/2026 academic year.

* Documents to enclose with your pre-registration
- Last 3 school reports, if applicable
- School leaving certificate
- Copies of parents’ and child’s passports during the registration process
- Full copy of the family record book or birth certificate for non-French families
- Copy of the child’s vaccination record
