Grade: 1st (CP), 2nd (CE1), 3rd (CE2), 4th (CM1), and 5th (CM2)
Elementary school welcomes children from age 6 to 11 years old
Elementary school focuses on the development of writing (CP, CE1, CE2) and the consolidation of knowledge (CM1, CM2). The fundamental concepts introduced in kindergarten are further developed, with particular attention to written and oral mastery of French and English.
In CM1 and CM2 (cycle 3), other subjects are studied in greater depth: literature, history-geography, experimental science and technology. Mastery of information and communication technologies is required in a large number of other school activities, with a view to the national diploma of the Brevet (DNB).

This organization allows for a greater diversity while respecting the personalized language paths chosen by families.
Our primary goal is to master the French language, both oral and written. The learning of foreign languages, the use of digital technology in the service of learning, openness to the host country, its culture, its language consitute the other areas of development and are the supports of our educational actions. The development of the well-being at school is also at the heart of our concerns.

Bilingual Skills
In addition to the English language courses common to all, and in order to develop their bilingual skills, our students are grouped together several times a week for their language course:
French Speaker
Students in the Parcours général (reinforced French) group with the class’s French teacher.
English Speaking Teacher
Students on the American International Section course meet up with their English-speaking teacher.
All elementary school classes, from CP to CM2, follow the French national curriculum.
Our entire teaching team puts its experience and professionalism at the service of our students in order to enrich their school curriculum and contribute to the training of future citizens of the world who are bilingual, some even plurilingual, responsible and united actors in the world of tomorrow.
