Dear Parents, Dear Students,

I am the new Principal, and I am delighted to welcome you.

The school is entering a new era: LIFE School Jakarta becomes the French School Jakarta (FSJ).

The FSJ is part of the AEFE network. It provides excellent bilingual teaching in French and English.

Our program attracts more and more interest from the local and expatriate community in Jakarta.

More than 110 new families joined us this year, so now we welcoming more than 45 nationalities.

I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome the 18 new staff members who are joining the FSJ team this year.

At the start of the new school year, the entire teaching team is looking forward to implementing an active and cooperative project-based teaching approach, in order to provide the best possible support for the many non-French students who will be joining us again this year.

We are committed to promote the multiculturalism that is so dear to our community, as well as passing on the values of our education system, including equality between boys and girls.

Our ambition is to enable each and every one of our students to fulfill their potential,discover or develop their talents and skills, particularly in sport and culture, through a wide range of extra-curricular activities.

The school is also continuing its renovation plan, year by year, with a new nursery and new art and music rooms.
