FSJ CP, CE1 and CE2 classes took part in a collaborative haiku-writing project with classes from Hanoi, Kyoto and Phuket. Bravo to all for these magnificent haikus celebrating both Asian culture and the poetry of the French language!
This project, part of the “Semaine des Lycées Français du Monde”, whose 2024 theme is “Francophonie: schools create and innovate”, brought together several schools in the area:
Lycée Français Alexandre Yersin in Hanoi (Vietnam).
Lycée Français International de Kyoto (Japan).
L’Ecole Française International Claude Berda in Phuket, Thailand.
The haikus are showcased in each school through a haiku exhibition and a collective book available in the libraries of the 4 participating schools.
