Extracurricular activities ​

A back-to-school forum to present the 2024-2025 extracurricular activities will be held on Saturday September 7 from 9:00 to 12:00 at the school.

Registration for extra-curricular activities for the 2024-2025 school year opens on Sunday September 8 at 8:00 am and closes on Tuesday September 10 at 11:59 pm.

Registering your child for one or more activities is easy. Simply log on to the Eduka portal using your login and password. For further information, please contact the AES office: aes@frenchschooljakarta.com

Registration for AES activities will be open through EDUKA.

We encourage families to review the available activities and schedules before completing the registration.

A paid daycare service is available for Primary students enrolled in AES who:

1. Have an AES activity starting later than 2:30 p.m.; or

2. Have more than one AES activity scheduled on the same day.

3. Daycare fee: IDR 20,000;- per 30 minutes

5. The daycare service is supervised by an AES staff member.

To support the child’s well-being, daycare attendance is limited to a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes per day.

The operating rules for extra-curricular activities (AES) apply to all sports, artistic and cultural activities offered by the FSJ, and complement the school’s internal regulations.
