REFERRAL PROGRAM
2024/2025
ELIGIBILITY
1. The referral program is effective immediately and until further notice.
2. The offer is valid for all families who are members of French School Jakarta’s community and meet the following conditions:
- The referrer is up to date with the school fees.
- The referrer is not a member of the school’s governing bodies (Board of Governors, School Education Board, School Governing Board), nor an employee of French School Jakarta (teaching staff, administrative staff).
- The referrer and the referred can not be in the same company/entity/embassy…
3. Referrer and referred families will receive the amount indicated below once the new student’s registration has been officially validated by the Admissions.
4. The offer is valid for all new students (the referred) who do not come from the French education system (public or private schools in France, AEFE networks).
REFERRAL PROCESS
5. The referral request must be made by the referrer, currently a French School Jakarta’s parent, by sending the duly completed form on the website. Any other form of application will not be considered.
6. It is possible to refer to more than one student. 1 REFERRER = 1 family REFERRED. 1 referrer can refer to multiple families.
7. French School Jakarta will contact the referring family within 10 working days at the latest.
REWARDS
8. Once the new students is officially admitted – notified by the FSJ admission department – the referrer and the referred will both get a 10 million of Indonesian rupiah credit based on the school canteen fees, after school activities and Prozap participation following the conditions below:
- In the case of full payment : the referrer and the referred will receive the voucher within 10 days.
- In the case of payment by semester : the referrer and the referred will receive the voucher in January.
- In the case of installments payment : the referrer and the referred will receive the voucher in the next back to school.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
9. The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
French School Jakarta reserves the right to cancel any discount should the referrer or referred person violate any of the above provisions.
10. French School Jakarta reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time by official announcement with immediate effect.
11. The referral discount program can be combined with the sibling discount.
